We were hoping for a more interactive show but the exhibit was terribly underwhelming (though quite pretty). The tickets were too overpriced given the exhibit- three rooms projecting the same art in rotation with not much else. Our first stop was the Immersive Van Gogh Experience, which unfortunately was a bit of a let down. We looped around lower Manhattan and then went along the East River until we hit Pier 36. We met up on the Upper West Side and headed down the West Side Highway (classic). ![]() But you know us, we were determined to make a trip out of the rain. NYCBIKERCHICKS’ LAST HURRAH (for the time being while BIKES ACROSS AMERICA□)! We originally planned to make the 2 hour ride to Coney Island, but alas, the weather was not in our favor. #foodie #foodiesofinstagram #foodiesofnewyork #foodiesofnyc #brunch #brunchfood #delicious #westvilledumbo #discoverunder1k #discoverunder2k Next time I’d like to go the restaurant and try the food on their premises! But hey, it was also pretty nice to watch Seinfeld from Netflix while having a Sunday brunch-sorta at home □ My choice this time was a plain Caesar salad and Truffle Parm Fries □□ I’d say it was a good choice because both of the dishes survived well during delivery (fries were still warm!). It seemed really adorable and they have a great selection of all kinds of brunch foods. I tried this new restaurant: Westville Dumbo ( ). Since I got my appetite back after losing it for a few days, I decided to treat myself and order food home. Quarantine days… Unfortunately I ”managed” to get sick with Covid, so I’ve been in quarantine for the past few days and will continue to do so for a couple more □ the first few days were the worst, but luckily I’m feeling better now! ![]()
